Overview
Truss Gantry Crane is a large-scale lifting equipment designed based on a high-strength truss structure, specially developed for heavy material handling, large-span operations and complex industrial scenarios. Its core advantage lies in combining the flexibility of a gantry crane with the lightweight and high rigidity characteristics of a truss structure. It is widely used in port terminals, railway freight, wind power equipment installation, heavy manufacturing and large infrastructure projects, and can efficiently complete the lifting, transportation and precise positioning of overweight and oversized objects such as containers, steel, and prefabricated components.
Product Structure and Core Configuration
Main Truss Structure
1. Material and Process: High-strength low-alloy steel (Q345B/Q420B) is used, and lightweight is achieved through modular truss design (20%-30% lighter than traditional box beam structure), while having excellent bending, torsion and wind load resistance.
2. Span and height: standard span 10m-50m, lifting height 6m-30m, support non-standard customized super-large span (such as 80m+), to meet the needs of special scenarios.
3. Leg design: optional fixed, track-type or tire-mobile legs, adapt to various site conditions such as indoor factories and open-air yards.
Lifting and operation mechanism
Lifting system: standard double winch (main hook + auxiliary hook), main hook rated load 10t-500t, auxiliary hook load 5t-100t, lifting speed 0.5-15m/min (frequency conversion speed regulation).
Cart/trolley drive:
1. Cart operation: The track type adopts a three-in-one reduction motor, the tire type is equipped with hydraulic steering and independent drive wheel set, and the moving speed is 20-30m/min.
2. Trolley operation: precision gear rack or wire rope traction system with anti-sway function, positioning accuracy ±5mm.
Intelligent control system
Operation mode: cab control, ground remote control (IP67 protection level), remote Internet of Things (optional).
Safety protection:
1. Multiple redundant protection: overload limiter, height/travel double limit, emergency power-off brake, windproof anchor device (wind resistance level ≥ 12).
2. Status monitoring: real-time monitoring of motor temperature, wire rope tension, structural stress and other parameters, abnormal warning and automatic shutdown.
