Overview
MG double-beam gantry crane is an efficient and stable large-scale material handling equipment, designed for open-air freight yards, railway freight stations, port terminals, power station equipment installation and large manufacturing workshops. Its double-beam structure has the characteristics of high load-bearing capacity, strong deformation resistance and smooth operation, which is suitable for industrial environments with frequent lifting of heavy objects. Main beam: double beam box structure (steel plate Q345B), optimized anti-torsion design, mid-span deflection ≤ S/1000 (S = span).
Legs: Rigid/flexible legs optional, with articulated compensation device, adapt to ±100mm track unevenness.
Trolley travel: three-in-one drive unit (motor + brake + reducer), optional track type (QU80 rail) or tire type (hydraulic balance).
Lifting mechanism: double drum design, standard variable frequency speed regulation, lifting speed 0.5~15 m/min (adjustable).
Trolley operation: four-corner hinge balance frame, anti-gnawing design, speed 20~45 m/min.
Wind protection system: rail clamp + anchor device + anemometer (≥20m/s automatic alarm).
