Overview
MH electric hoist gantry crane is an efficient and flexible light and medium-sized lifting equipment designed for open-air or indoor material handling scenarios. Core structure and composition
Gantry frame structure
Main beam: adopts box beam or truss beam design, with strong structural rigidity and excellent anti-deformation ability to ensure stable mid-span load.
Outrigger: rigid or flexible outrigger design, supporting single-side or double-side cantilever structure, adapting to different site span requirements.
Trolley running mechanism: double-track walking wheels driven by motor, stable operation, covering a wide operating area.
Electric hoist system
Standard wire rope electric hoist (such as CD1/MD1), lifting height can reach 6~30 meters, supporting dual-speed adjustment, meeting precise lifting needs.
The hoist can move horizontally along the I-beam track under the main beam (trolley operation) to achieve precise positioning of materials in three-dimensional space.
Electrical control system
Adopts PLC integrated control, equipped with wireless remote control or cab control mode, supports inching and linkage operation.
Frequency conversion speed regulation technology (optional) realizes stepless adjustment of lifting and running speed, reduces impact, and improves operation accuracy.
