It is an optimized model designed based on the traditional double-beam gantry crane, using high-performance wire rope electric hoist as the lifting mechanism. This model is particularly suitable for material loading and unloading, equipment lifting and fixed-point lifting operations on production lines in places such as factory buildings, open-air cargo yards, warehouses, logistics centers, prefabrication sites, installation and maintenance of small and medium-sized equipment, etc., especially suitable for occasions with requirements for factory clearance height or limited investment budget.

Core structure and features

  • Main Beam and Lower Beam: Usually, they are of box - type structure, welded by four steel plates, providing sufficient strength and stability, and the electric hoist runs along the lower flange of the main beam.

  • Supporting Legs: Also of box - type structure, connected to the main beam and lower beam through M20 bolts, which can be disassembled for convenient transportation and installation.

  • Electric Hoist: There are two electric hoists, which can lift heavy objects and move longitudinally along the main beam. They can operate independently or synchronously, and the lifting mechanisms can lift simultaneously or separately.

  • Operating Mechanism: In the form of separate drive, the drive braking is completed by a cone - rotor motor, and the transmission adopts the form of "one open and one close" gear transmission, including cart operation mechanism and crane operation mechanism, which are used to drive the movement of the cart and the crane.

  • Electrical Control System: It includes electrical control components, limit switches, etc. The electrical control can set the two lifting mechanisms to rise and fall simultaneously, move left and right simultaneously, rise and fall separately, or move left and right separately. It also has safety protection functions such as lifting limit and terminal limit.
