Overview
Semi-gantry crane is a kind of efficient material handling equipment between bridge crane and full-gantry crane. Its characteristic is that one side of the outrigger runs on the ground through the track, and the other side of the outrigger is supported by the plant column or the elevated track. It has both large-span operation ability and site adaptability, and is suitable for indoor and outdoor working conditions or space-constrained working conditions. It is cost-effective and flexible to install.
Structural composition
Main beam structure
1. The box beam or truss beam design is adopted to optimize the rigidity and deadweight ratio;
2. Optional single beam (light load) or double beam (heavy load/precision lifting) configuration.
Support system
1. Mobile outrigger: with walking wheel box, running along the ground track;
2. Fixed end: connected to the plant structure through the upper support to save ground space.
Lifting and running mechanism
1. Lifting mechanism: variable frequency motor + wire rope/chain hoist, precise speed control;
2. Trolley/trolley operation: three-in-one drive unit, IP55 protection level.
Electrical and control system
1. Anti-sway module, limit protection, remote control/cab dual operation mode;
2. Optional safety modules such as intelligent anti-collision system and load monitor.
