Overview

LDA electric single-beam bridge crane (hereinafter referred to as "LDA bridge crane") is a lightweight and efficient lifting equipment designed for small and medium-sized industrial factories, warehouses, logistics centers and assembly workshops. Main structure

  • Main Beam (Single Beam):A single horizontal beam spanning the working area, serving as the main load-bearing structure to support the trolley and lifting mechanism. It is usually made of steel to ensure sufficient strength and rigidity.

  • End Carriages:Installed at both ends of the main beam, they are equipped with running wheels. These wheels fit onto the runway rails, enabling the entire crane (main beam and its upper components) to move longitudinally along the rails.

  • Trolley:Runs horizontally along the track on the main beam. It carries the lifting mechanism and can move back and forth to adjust the lateral position of the lifted load.

  • Lifting Mechanism:Mounted on the trolley, it is responsible for lifting and lowering goods. It includes key parts such as an electric motor, a wire rope drum, a hook (or spreader), and a braking system.

  • Runway Rails:Fixed on the ground, walls, or dedicated support structures, they provide a stable track for the end carriages to move, defining the longitudinal working range of the crane.

  • Electrical System:Comprises components like control buttons (or a pendant controller), motors (for trolley movement, main beam travel, and lifting), frequency converters (if equipped), and safety devices (such as overload limiters and emergency stop buttons) to supply power and control all movements.
