Overview
A suspended electromagnetic bridge crane is an efficient and intelligent material handling equipment designed for industrial scenarios that require precise adsorption, transfer and handling of magnetic materials (such as steel plates, steel coils, scrap steel, profiles, etc.). Electromagnetic suction cup system
1. Adopting high-performance permanent magnet or electric-controlled electromagnetic suction cup, the magnetic force distribution is uniform and adjustable, which can adapt to magnetic materials of different shapes, sizes and weights (such as single steel plates, laminated steel, bulk scrap iron, etc.).
2. Support remote control and automated operation, accurate and efficient material absorption and discharge, avoiding the risk of manual intervention.
3. Equipped with power-off magnetic protection function, the backup power supply can be automatically activated in the event of a sudden power outage to prevent materials from falling and ensure operation safety.
Structural design and load-bearing performance
1. The main beam adopts a box-type or truss structure, and the material is high-strength low-alloy steel. After finite element analysis and optimization design, it has the characteristics of lightweight, high rigidity, and anti-deformation. 2. The maximum lifting weight can reach more than 32 tons.
2. The suspended track system supports flexible layout and can make full use of the factory space. It is especially suitable for low workshops or scenes that need to span multiple workstations.
3. The working level covers A3-A7, which can adapt to the harsh working conditions of frequent start-stop and continuous operation.
Intelligent control system
1. Equipped with variable frequency speed regulation drive system, it can achieve smooth stepless speed change of lifting, large car and small car operation, reduce load shaking, and ensure accurate positioning (error ≤±5mm).
2. Support PLC+touch screen human-computer interaction, can preset multiple operation modes (such as automatic material suction, path planning, obstacle avoidance, etc.), and has fault self-diagnosis function.
3. Optional Internet of Things module can monitor the equipment operation status, energy consumption data and maintenance reminders in real time to help smart factory management.
Safety protection system
1. Multiple safety protections: overload limiter, dual brake system, anti-collision device, sound and light alarm, emergency stop button, etc., fully comply with CE, ISO and national safety standards.
2. The electromagnetic suction cup is equipped with anti-sway function and magnetic monitoring module to prevent material slippage or accidental falling off.
3. The whole machine has an IP54 protection level, which is suitable for complex industrial environments such as high temperature, dust and humidity.
