  • Electromagnetic suction cup system

Adopting high-performance permanent magnet or electric-controlled electromagnetic suction cup, the magnetic force distribution is uniform and adjustable, which can adapt to magnetic materials of different shapes, sizes and weights (such as single steel plates, laminated steel, bulk scrap iron, etc.).

2. Support remote control and automated operation, accurate and efficient material absorption and discharge, avoiding the risk of manual intervention.

3. Equipped with power-off magnetic protection function, the backup power supply can be automatically activated in the event of a sudden power outage to prevent materials from falling and ensure operation safety.

  • Structural design and load-bearing performance

1. The main beam adopts a box-type or truss structure, and the material is high-strength low-alloy steel.
