Overview
The YZS four-beam casting bridge crane is a special lifting equipment designed for industries such as metallurgy, casting, and heavy machinery manufacturing. It is suitable for harsh industrial environments with high temperature, high dust, high load, and continuous operation. Its core design concept is based on safety, stability, and durability. Core structure
Main beam: double-layer box beam (two on top/two on bottom), steel plate thickness 12~40mm, bending stiffness increased by more than 40%
End beam: heavy-duty segmented box beam, built-in three-in-one drive unit (motor + brake + reducer integrated)
Connection system: high-strength bolt + welded composite structure, anti-torsion support installed at the main/end beam joint to prevent thermal deformation and deviation
Special lifting mechanism: double-drum slow lifting system: lifting speed 0.5~5 m/min (adjustable), equipped with double brake + overspeed protection
Metallurgical grade steel wire rope: high temperature resistant core rope (+400℃), breaking tension ≥1960MPa
Hook group: forged grade C-level hook head (80 tons or more with rotating hook), standard insulation protection plate
Dual limit protection: lifting height limiter (weight hammer + rotating double backup)
High temperature protection: motor/electric control box IP54 protection + air cooling, cable adopts Silicone rubber heat-resistant jacket
Emergency power supply: Automatically start the backup power supply in case of sudden power outage, and slowly release the load to a safe position
