Motor: fully enclosed flameproof enclosure (HT250 cast iron), temperature rise ≤ 65K, surface temperature < T6 group limit.
Electric control box: cast-in-place (Ex m) control module, button box adopts copper alloy explosion-proof enclosure + mechanical interlock.
Brake: spark-free ceramic friction plate, dual redundant electromagnetic brake (response within 0.3s after power failure).
Wire rope/hook: stainless steel wire rope (anti-rust spark), hook covered with non-metallic anti-collision sheath.
Travel limiter: flameproof encoder + mechanical double backup, signal transmission through optical fiber isolation.
Cable: heavy rubber sheath (flame retardant and antistatic), connector adopts Ex e increased safety sealing box.
