Two types of Hoist: CD and MD
Model CD, Electric Hoist has only one normal speed, which can satisfy normal application.
Model MD, Electric Hoist provides two speeds : normal speed and low speed. At a low speed, it can do precise loading and unloading, mounding of sand box, maintenance of machine tools, etc.
Thus, model MDI Electric Hoist is more widely than Model CD.

According to European standard finite element and DIN standards, the product is researched and developed on the basis of overall planning, lifting capacity, basic structure, mechanism working system and performance parameters, and adopts modular design ideas.
It adopts international general structure, with compact structure, high space utilization, high reliability, large working range, stable operation, accurate positioning, long life and low maintenance cost.
The components of the European single-beam wire rope electric hoist are: motor, transmission mechanism, drum and wire rope. It can be roughly divided into four types according to the relative position of the motor and drum.
The electric hoist with the motor axis perpendicular to the drum axis adopts a worm gear transmission device, which is large in width, bulky in structure, low in mechanical efficiency and difficult to process. No manufacturer produces products of this structural type.
The electric hoist with the motor axis parallel to the drum axis has the advantages of small height and length. Its disadvantages are large width, grouping, and complex manufacturing and assembly. The track turning radius is large.
The electric hoist with the motor installed inside the drum has the advantages of small length and compact structure. Its main disadvantages are poor heat dissipation conditions of the motor, poor grouping, inconvenient inspection, installation and maintenance of the motor, and complex power supply device.
The electric hoist with the motor installed outside the drum has the advantages of good grouping, high degree of commonality, easy change of lifting height, and convenient installation and maintenance. Its disadvantages are: large length.
Compared to ordinary 5-ton couplings, we use thicker ones with an inner tooth outer diameter of 51.5 mm. Ordinary hoists use inner teeth with an outer diameter of 44 mm.
