Core Structure
Column: It is fixed to the concrete foundation through anchor bolts, serving as the stable support base of the entire crane.
Cantilever Beam: Typically made of I-steel or H-steel, it features light weight and a large span, which helps reduce the overall weight of the crane while ensuring sufficient load-bearing capacity. The built-in traveling mechanism is equipped with engineering plastic wheels, allowing for smooth and effortless movement along the beam.
Slewing Drive Device: Composed of an electric motor and a cycloidal pinwheel reducer, it enables 360° full rotation of the cantilever beam. Some models are designed to support switching between manual and electric slewing, providing flexibility in different working scenarios.
Electric Hoist: Usually of types like CD1 or MD1, it runs linearly along the cantilever track to perform lifting and lowering operations. To meet the needs of precise operations, some models are equipped with a dual-speed function (normal speed 7m/min, slow speed 2m/min).
Electrical System: It integrates and controls the operation of the slewing drive device and the electric hoist, ensuring coordinated and safe operation of all components.
