1. Although the lifting height and weight are a bit old-fashioned, they are the basic functions of electric hoists. It is useless to talk about electric hoists without determining the height and weight. Only when these two most basic factors are determined can we start to choose electric hoists. So how should the weight be selected? The minimum weight of the hoist is obtained by material weight + packaging weight + hook (or other clamp) weight X0.7, and the maximum weight is determined according to the budget and plant planning. The height generally refers to the effective height. It is necessary to determine in advance whether it is the height from the ground or the height from a certain point or surface.
2. Working area voltage: Common industrial electricity in China is 3-phase 380V and single-phase 220V, so first confirm the working area voltage before choosing an electric hoist to prevent the purchased one from being incompatible.
3. Workstation beat: According to the workstation application frequency and the workpiece application status (whether it is accurately aligned, etc.), choose the transfer speed of the electric hoist, whether it is single speed, double speed, variable frequency or stepless speed change, whether it is fixed hook type, fixed locking type, hand push trolley type or electric trolley type, etc. Of course, the running speed of the trolley also needs to be selected.
4. Site factors: According to the needs of the workplace, choose a single-function electric hoist or a composite electric hoist, an ordinary electric hoist, an explosion-proof electric hoist or a cleanelectric hoist, an anti-corrosion electric hoist or a high-temperature resistant electric hoist, etc.
5. Working level The working level refers to the degree of operating load and frequency of use of the electric hoist. The ISO working level ranges from M3 to M8, and the corresponding FEM working level ranges from 1BM to 5M. The higher the working level, the higher the quality of the electric hoist and its components, the more durable it is, and of course the higher the cost. When choosing, you must choose an electric hoist that matches the working level according to the working conditions.
6. Product quality. Seeing this, many people will say that this is not a key factor. No matter what product, we should pay attention to product quality. The product quality here actually refers to the brand of the electric hoist. Due to the large number of electric hoist manufacturers at home and abroad, and the lack of clear rules and standards for domestic electric hoists, the products on the market are uneven, and some manufacturers even produce counterfeit products and OEM products.
