General overhead crane operation inspection
Carefully abide by the safety technical operation procedures of the crane and strictly implement the relevant rules and regulations for the safe operation of the crane, such as the handover system of the crane operator, the lubrication system of the crane and the maintenance system of the crane. Carry out regular inspection and maintenance of the crane. Regular inspection includes three types: weekly inspection, monthly inspection and semi-annual inspection. According to the specific conditions of each unit, a temporary equipment inspection team composed of crane operators, equipment personnel, team leaders, etc. can also be formed to conduct random inspections. Weekly inspections can generally be carried out every Friday. Problems found during the inspection should be repaired immediately. For problems that the crane operator cannot handle by himself, the inspection team should prepare on Saturday and use Sunday for repairs. Monthly inspections and semi-annual inspections can be carried out at the same time as the weekly inspection time in the first week of each month or half a year.
