Common faults and troubleshooting methods of hoist crane operating mechanism
Fault 1: When starting, the driving wheel slips. Fault diagnosis: ① There is oil or water on the track surface or wheel tread; ② The wheel assembly accuracy is poor, three legs appear, the driving wheel pressure is too small or it is suspended. Troubleshooting method: ① Clear the dirt and sprinkle sand on the top of the rail if necessary; ② Improve the wheel assembly quality or flame correct the bridge.
Fault 2: There is obvious asynchronism, twisting, and lateral slippage during starting and braking. Fault diagnosis: ① The wheel tread diameters vary greatly due to wear; ② The brake clearances of the brake motors driven separately vary greatly. Troubleshooting methods: ① Replace the wheels; ② The same person adjusts the brake clearances of the drive motors on both sides.
Fault 3: The vehicle cannot be stopped during braking. Fault diagnosis: ① The brake clearance is too large; ② The brake ring has reached the limit of wear and has not been replaced. Troubleshooting method: ① Adjust the brake clearance; ② Replace the brake ring. Fault 4: During operation, there is skew, deviation, track gnawing, and wear. Fault diagnosis: ① The quality of track erection is poor; ② The geometric accuracy of the crane bridge is poor; ③ The gap between the wheel groove width and the rail top surface width is improperly matched; ④ The wheel diameter size is quite different. Troubleshooting method: ① Check the track span, elevation difference, etc., and make adjustments; ② Check the crane span, span difference, diagonal difference, and make adjustments; ③ Adjust the side clearance between the wheel and the track; ④ Check the wheel diameter and replace the wheel if necessary.
Fault 5: During operation, there is track jamming, track climbing, track derailment, or normal snaking, torsion, impact, and vibration. Fault diagnosis: ① The track and bridge span are improperly matched; ② The wheel groove and the track top surface are improperly matched; ③ The crane has serious three-legged phenomenon; ④ The crane has serious deviation phenomenon; ⑤ The quality of the track joint is poor. Troubleshooting methods: ① Check the geometric accuracy of the crane and track, and repair them; ② Adjust the side clearance between the wheel and the track; ③ Overhaul the crane if necessary; ④ Repair the track joints.
