The TJ electric hoist comprehensive performance test bench is independently designed, developed and manufactured by the National Bridge and Light and Small Hoisting Machinery Quality Supervision and Inspection Center of Henan Special Equipment Safety Inspection Institute, which fully complies with the national safety technical specifications and standards for electric hoist inspection and testing. The test bench has the functions of factory inspection, type test, life test and energy efficiency test of electric hoists.

The test bench adopts a three-main beam structure for the first time, which is suitable for electric hoists of different structural types and different track gauges in China. The main beam lifting device is used to achieve the climbing test of the operating mechanism required by the standard. The power supply is not only suitable for electric hoists with industrial frequency power supply, but also for exported 60Hz electric hoists through frequency modulation.

The energy efficiency test system makes the test environment close to the ideal power supply through power supply processing. The lifting height test adopts the laser sensor shooting method to reduce the measurement error and improve the measurement accuracy. For the first time, the measurement uncertainty theory is introduced into the electric energy efficiency test, and the discrete degree of the measurement results is quantitatively analyzed.
