Overview
LH electric hoist bridge crane is a general-purpose lifting equipment with light structure, reliable performance, economical and practical. It uses electric hoist as the lifting mechanism, running longitudinally on the main beam (bridge) track, while the entire bridge runs horizontally on the elevated tracks on both sides of the plant, so as to realize the lifting of materials in a rectangular three-dimensional space. It is widely used in factories, warehouses, workshops, power stations and other places for equipment installation, maintenance and material loading and unloading. It is characterized by simple structure, light weight, small wheel pressure, easy installation and maintenance, and high cost performance.
Main structure
Bridge (trolley): Contains the main beam (bearing) and end beam (with wheels and drive), which moves horizontally on the tracks on both sides of the plant.
Electric hoist trolley: Integrates the lifting mechanism (motor, reducer, drum/chain, hook) and trolley running mechanism, and moves longitudinally on the main beam track.
Electrical control system: including power supply (busbar/cable drum), control cabinet, operating device (driver's cab/remote control) and safety device (limiter, buffer, etc.).
Track and support: The track on the plant structure is used for the operation of the trolley.
